Beef Taco Skillet

Ingredients

1 lb. of hamburger

1 can of tomato soup

1/2 cup of salsa

1/2 cup of water

(6) 6-inch flour tortillas – cut into 1 inch pieces

1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

 

Cook hamburger in 10″ skillet until browned, break up and pour off fat. Stir in soup, salsa, water and tortilla pieces. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Stir and top with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
