1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of butter (soften)
2 eggs
3-4 of ripe bananas (mashed)
2 tsp. of vanilla
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
*Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs on low speed for 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat in flour, salt and soda on medium speed for 1 minutes. Stir in the nuts. Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 375 for 20-25 minutes. When cooled, frost with the cream cheese frosting.
*Frosting:
1/2 cup of butter
2-4 cups of powdered sugar
1 pkg. of cream cheese
1 tsp. of vanilla
