Ingredients
Pastry for a 9×13 cookie pan, can use pie dough or cookie dough and press in the pan
Mix the following:
2/3 cup of sugar
3 tbls. of flour
1 tsp. of cinnamon
4-5 apples, depending on size, peel and cut apples into 1/2 inch slices. Toss in the above mixture and layer apples in an arranged layer.
Topping:
1/2 cup of flour
1/3 cup of brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup of oats
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1/4 cup of butter, softened
Combine ingredients ’til crumbly, sprinkle over the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove from oven and drizzle with caramel.
