4 cups of chopped rhubarb
1 cup of sugar
2-4 tbsp of water
*Cook ’til soft.
Add 1 small box of strawberry jello and 10 oz. of marshmallows. Stir and let cool.
When cooled, add a 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
Put this on top of a graham cracker crust in a 9×13 pan.
For the crust you’ll need – 2 1/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs; 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of butter (reserve some graham cracker crumbs to put on top.
