Helping Hands Outreach will host their Spring Health Fair at the Holdingford Legion Club on Wednesday, April 4th from 10am to 12pm. The fair focuses better nutrition for aging adults and will provide basic wellness screenings. There will be booths about food guidelines, supplements, and safe food handling. A pharmacist, dietary specialist, and other health professionals will be on hand to answer questions and provide information.

Free admission, free gifts and drawings for door prizes. Lunch will follow the health fair at 12 noon.
