1 whole chicken – cooked and cut-up in small pieces or (3) 10 oz. cans of canned chicken
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of broth – if not using the juice from the chicken
*Heat oven to 400. Melt butter in 8×10 pan. Add chicken. Mix soup and broth. Pour over chicken.
Mix 1 cup of flour, 2 tsp. of baking powder, 1 tsp. of salt and 1 cup of milk. Pour this over the above ingredients. Bake for 1 hour.
*You can add corn, beans, peas or shredded cheese.
