12 cups of tomatoes, pealed and quartered
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped pepper
3 tsp. of salt
*Simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes. Pack into a clean hot canning jar. Process. (quart jars at 10 lbs. for 20 minutes/pint jars at 10 lbs. for 15 minutes)
