Easy Egg Bake

1 Loaf of English Muffin Bread (Buttered)

3 Cups of diced ham

1 (8 ounce) package of Swiss Cheese Slices

1 (8 ounce) package of cheddar Cheese Slices

8 Eggs

3 cups of Milk

½ teaspoon of dry mustard

½ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of pepper

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Line the pan with English Muffin Bread buttered side down. Layer ham over the bread, then layer cheddar cheese slices over the ham and the swiss cheese slices over the cheddar cheese slices. Cover this with the English Muffin Bread buttered side up.

Beat the together the eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour this over your layers when you arrange them in your pan. Press the top layer slightly into the egg mixture.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This recipe is best when baked right after putting it together! Makes a great brunch served with fresh fruit and coffee cake!
