1 lb. of ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of ketchup
1 egg
Heinz 57 sauce
*Mix all together (except Heinz 57 sauce) and put in a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. (1/2 way thru baking – top with the 57 sauce)
