Ingredients
(1) ready crust
(1) Eagle brand milk
(1) egg
(2) tablespoons of flour
1 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger, nutmeg & salt
1/4 cup of packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cold margarine
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
In a bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon and the ginger, nutmeg and salt. Put in ready crust and bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove and reduce heat to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in the walnuts. Put in oven in pie evenly. Bake 40 minutes.
