Layered Pasta Salad


3 cups of medium shell pasta, cooked & drained

1 large red onion, chopped

1 pkg. of (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed and drained

1/4 orange pepper, chopped

1/4 yellow pepper, chopped

1 pkg (6-8 oz) meat, chopped (ham is good)

1/2 cup of Miracle Whip

1/2 cup of ranch dressing

1 cup of three cheese crumbles

1 cup of halved grape tomatos

bacon crumbles


Let’s Cook!

Layer pasta, onions, peas, peppers and ham in 3-quart bowl. Set aside. Mix Miracle Whip and ranch dressing and spread over the salad. Top with cheese tomatos and bacon. Cover. Refrigerate several hours. Toss gently before serving.
