KASM-AM/KDDG-FM had (2) full-time hires in the report period.
The job title of all full time hires – Sales Representative and On-Air Personality
Supplemental Outreach Initiatives:
KASM AM & KDDG FM participated in the following initiatives in 2013:
– KASM AM & KDDG FM actively participates in the Minnesota
Broadcasters Scholarshop Program by running spots on the air
encouraging students to apply.
– KASM AM & KDDG FM actively participates in the Minnesota
Broadcasters Job Fair by promoting it on the air.
– KASM AM & KDDG FM co-sponsor a job fair at the Sauk Centre Ladies Night Out
Expo in April of 2013.
– KASM AM & KDDG FM staff attended Career Day at Albany
High School and Melrose High School in 2013.
– KASM AM & KDDG FM participated in hosting students interested
in the radio industry by allowing them to job-shadow in 2013.
– KASM AM was a sponsor of the 2013 Goatroper’s Christmas Care
promotion in December.
