Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Ingredients

1 cup of white sugar

3 tbls. of flour

3 cups of sliced strawberries

3 cups of diced rhubarb

*Mix all together in a bowl and place in a 9×13 pan.

 

Now, mix:

1 1/2 cups of flour

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of butter

1 cup of rolled oats

*Crumble all together and put on top of fruit mixture and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
