Rhubarb Slush

Ingredients

2 quarts of rhubarb

2 quarts of water

2 1/2 cups of white sugar

1 pkg. strawberry jello

1 cup of brandy or vodka

1/2 cup of lemon juice

*Boil rhubarb and water for 10 minutes and strain.

*Add rest of ingredients – pour in an ice cream pail and freeze, stir occasionally. Put in glasses and add 7-up.
