(1) white cake mix – made as directed on package. Add 2 1/2 tbsp. of creme de menthe. Bake as directed at 350 degrees.
For the filling:
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup of margarine
- 2/3 cup of chocolate chips
- Boil for 8 minutes
Cool
Frost with Cool Whip (8 oz.) container that has 2 tbsp. of creme de menthe mixed into it.
