Are you planning to remain in your own home as you grow older? Are you finding it more difficult to manage some daily tasks in your home? Do you or your family and friends have safety concerns about you living alone?
As abilities diminish as part of the normal aging process, assistance or changes might be needed to maintain your independence and age safely at home.
Join Lisa Duberowski and Melissa Wells, occupational therapists for an educational event from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on May 16th at Park View Center 125 5th Ave W in Melrose. The therapists will discuss ways to make your home safer and prevent falls, living with memory changes, and safe driving assessments.
This event is free and no RSVP is necessary. For more information, call 320-256-4231 ext. 24241.
