*Make 12 hard boiled eggs – slice length wise. Take out yolks and mash.
Add:
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 3 tbls. of chili sauce
- 1 tsp. of prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. of hot pepper sauce
Fill egg whites with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Keep cool until served.
