Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

8 skinless chicken breasts

8 thin slices of deli ham

8 slices of swiss cheese

2 eggs

1 cup of milk

2 cups of crushed corn flakes

1/2 tsp. of garlic powder

1/2 tsp. of salt and 1/2 tsp. of pepper

 

Let’s Cook!

Flatten the chicken to 1/4 inch thick. Top each with a slice of ham and cheese. Roll up and tuck in ends. Secure with toothpicks. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk. In another, mix corn flakes and seasonings. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then rol in crumbs. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or ’til the chicken is done.
