Beef Stew

Ingredients

4 lbs. of beef roast, cut in cubes

1 bunch of carrots, sliced

1 cup of diced celery

1 large chopped onion

1 tsp of sugar

3 tsp of tapioca

1 large can of diced tomatos

*Mix all together and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours. Don’t peek ’til its done!
