Ingredients
30 dates without pits
30 pecan halves, toasted
15 slices of bacon, cut lengthwise in half
30 sprigs of rosemary – optional
30 toothpicks
Let’s Cook!
Cut a slit in each date and insert a pecan in each one. Wrap each date with a bacon slice leaving ends of the date exposed. Secure bacon to date with toothpick. Arrange on baking sheet and bake until bacon is crisp for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn once.
Transfer dates on a paper towel. Remove toothpick and insert rosemary if you want.
Serve right away!
