Apple Crisp

Use a 9×13 pan and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.


8 cups of sliced apples

1 1/2 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of flour

1 cup of quick oats

1 tsp. of cinnamon

3/4 tsp. of nutmeg

3/4 cup of soft butter

Combine the brown sugar, flour, quick oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Blend until crumbly.

Grease the pan and put 1/3 of crumbles in the bottom of the pan (do not pack) Put part of the apples in the pan, then part of the crumbles, then the rest of the apples. Then, finish with the rest of the crumbles on top.

Bake until apples are done. Serve with ice cream or cool whip – this is very delicious!
