Apple Crisp

* 9×13 pan  –  bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes

Ingredients:

8 cups of sliced apples

1 1/2 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of flour

1 cup of quick oats

1 tsp. of cinnamon

3/4 tsp of nutmeg

3/4 cup of soft butter

Grease the pan and put 1/3 of crumbles in the bottom of the pan. Combine the brown sugar, flour, quick oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Blend until crumbly. Then, put in the bottom of the pan (do not pack). Put part of the apples in the pan. Then, put part of the crumbles on, then the rest of the apples. Finally, add the rest of the crumbles. Bake until apples are done. Serve with ice cream or cool whip – this is very delicious!
